Suggested websites
If you use the submission form, we collect the website address, title, category, your explanation, and an optional email address. The form endpoint also processes basic anti-abuse information. Submissions are held in a private Cloudflare D1 database for manual editorial review; they do not appear publicly unless approved and separately entered into our directory. We do not sell submitted information.
Embedded video and site previews
Our video players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain and load only after you choose to play them. YouTube and its partners may process usage data when you play an embedded video or visit YouTube. Directory thumbnail previews may be retrieved from a third-party screenshot service, which can receive technical request information. External services have their own privacy policies.
Games and third-party arcade players
The Halloween Arcade offers selected games inside publisher-hosted players. Game frames are loaded only when you choose to start a game; the games are not hosted by ThisIsHalloween.tv. Construct Arcade and Fruitegic may process device information and may use cookies, analytics, sound or other player features according to their own policies. Some games work best with a keyboard or gamepad.
Other games appear only as outbound creator links because their embed agreements, advertising requirements or compatibility have not yet been confirmed for our website. We do not install those unapproved game players. Game publishers may change their content, pricing, ads or privacy practices. Review the original provider before playing, especially with children.
News headlines and outbound links
The Halloween Wire retrieves publisher-provided headlines and brief excerpts through public RSS feeds; articles remain with the original publishers. Clicking outbound links opens sites that operate independently of ThisIsHalloween.tv.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare may process network and technical information for website delivery, security, and abuse prevention. We do not intentionally set up third-party advertising pixels in this build. Any future analytics or advertising changes should be reflected here before activation.
Questions or removal requests
If you submitted a resource and want it removed from our editorial queue, contact the site operator through the submission process with enough information to identify the entry. We will review legitimate removal requests. We keep records only as needed for moderation and maintenance, subject to any applicable requirements.
